Once we got everything put away in the attic and Bubba got the garage straightened out again. We were able to relax for a few days. When we weren't sleeping Bubba took me and Clance down by the river so we could hunt squirrels.

I was surprised when I discovered George had followed us from the big red house on the lake. I haven't seen Georgette yet, I guess he left her behind. Though there isn't a dock to protect I still chase George up and down the river bank for old times sake. He seems to enjoy the game too. I run after him and George flies up the bank about twenty feet then I chase after him again and he flies up the bank another twenty feet. This goes on for a while until George finally flies all the way back to where the chase began and we start all over again.

After a couple of weeks back in Florida I started having trouble jumping up on furniture and I couldn't stand on my hind legs when Bubba called my name. Bubba took me to the Doctor but he didn't seem very concerned and told Bubba to bring me back in three weeks if things got worse or there wasn't any improvement. Mama and Bubba decided they weren't too happy with that doctor. They can't be sure but they think he could have a conflict of interest with my treatment and the pet shop Mama and Bubba rescued me from. So instead of taking me back to him they sought out another Doctor to take over my treatment.

That weekend Bubba took Clance and me to a K-9 Butt Sniffing Festival it was the the AKC Dog Ownership Days in Cocoa
